So I started making this game where you find plants and go around planting them, and I am adding more features in the closed test version. Upcoming: wild horses that you can tame with carrots!
I started with all icons instead of hand drawn things, and I should have started drawing sooner because now I have a lot to draw! That horse icon works pretty well for a wild horse, but when the state changes, it doesn’t work as well anymore. Also that shed is giving me a headache in placement, we will see how well I can figure that out!
At least the bug where the game would sometimes spawn trees in boxes that you could pick up as loot is fixed!
The game is called The Harvester, because when I was a teenager, I got to ride the horse of one of my classmates. That horse was called K.B. Harvester, and apparently up the line in the pedigree there was a horse called The Harvester, and I thought that fit this game! Also, yes. We need horses in the game. It is very important.
